Have you done 4 tsp before? Do you drink this in 3 cups in a short time or it is the total for your flush?

Good thing is imo for ppl to have some calcium containing items food or supplements. Just in case magnesium comes in too much... Which in my experience isn't often, because the body reacts with diarrhea to rid of the excess - which we aim in the case of a Liver-Flush for example.
