Thank you your compassion, I already do all organic and have worked my way back to some raw vegetables. I'm in the middle of a good/better streak right now, i.e. I don't think I've thought about kiling myself in the last 24 hours. I just said to heck with it and took 10 100 mg of fluconzole and daily 3 X 500 IU of nystatin, for ten days and at least my poop stopped bubbling, hey whatever, it's progress.

I'm sleeping a bit better at night, just spent another $300 on supplements, Jax B which is slow release, maybe with my MTHFR this will be the one, seems to be working so far. Loaded up on liposomal C and Glutathione, ordered the plankton, loaded up on Serretia and probiotics.

I think I'm going to try "The Loving Diet, beyond paleo", next which means no more nuts or eggs, may as well just go flat out green, I'm anemic anyways, apparently candida eats iron so why even bother with animal proteins, let it eat the plants that I'm eating and save me the money on the super high priced organic meat proteins I so carefully source, veggies are just as expensive as the proteins anyways.
