Do the tea at night, and the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning. Doing both in the morning is overkill.

Some days, I couldnt get down the full quart - but I usually got down at least 3/4 of it. TRY to get it all down however.

As for the tea - drink it cold or hot, whichever you like best. I never did get used to the taste, but then I hate the anise/liquorice flavor of it.
