Here's some thing you could try, just not all at once.
- Vit C flush
- Magnesium or Oxypowder
- Castor Oil
- Senna Tea
- Epsom Salt
- Apple Juice or Prune Juice
- LOTS & LOTS of Water and 1-2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
- Abbreviated Shank Prakshalana (do it until you go).
