I would like my hormones to be balanced without having to introduce external things in the long term. This is why I hope that fasting would sort this out. In the last few years I've tried basically everything listed online: diets, supplements - and they just didn't work. My veins are probably fine, if I decide to touch myself then most of the time I'm capable of getting surprisingly good erections (sometimes rock hard) despite being imbalanced and having zero libido.
