have you tried water? people drink through staws so that the water doesn't touch and probably avoid it in the shower. I used to do this. now when I take a drink of water i press it out onto my lips and compress my lips together with the water. try getting a glass of water and doing this. I drink a lot of water trying to heal them, and its good for the over all body. they are barely peeling and only a little bit comes off on the third day. after all this time with ec I have never tried water. I licked my lips for 2 weeks straight to figure out that water is an instant remedy to lip licking.
