when water is almost impossible to get down, it sounds almost like the Water Fast was broken prematurely. I know, that sounds insane.

40 days is a long fast, and the dry-fasting is really pushing the envelope, I forget how you felt when you broke it--if you felt like you 'had to' break it, for some outside reason, or what. It would be good to hear an update from you.

also, whenever you feel up to it, it would be good to hear more details of why you are fasting.
