No, I did not use Black-Walnut tincture in all my flushes.

Also many of my flushes were done without one week of prep with apple juice etc. My flushes always helped me.

I never felt any nausea, weakness, low energy, etc. that people describe. Only once I ate a huge plate of Pilaf right after the flush and I had a bloat of the century. I have never over eaten after the flush after that event.
