Hi Tergot223,

That's great that the leaving it alone method is working for you! I'm not sure how to heal one lip at a time. No matter what I do, they get damaged somehow by eating or talking. Moreover, because I have to teach a class one day a week I cannot let it look too bad. Luckily, my peeling cycle isn't terrible on those days, but it still is noticeable. Also, do you moisturize any on this method?
