I've eliminated all grains and eating mostly veggies, fruit that is gaps/fodmap friendly and chicken. Some of it is organic and some conventional.

I hadn't taken any Antibiotics in years (I'm 40 years old). Most of Antibiotic use was in College but as you can see from my stool tests my gut flora is weak.

No good friendly bacteria and an abundance of Bacteroidetes. But I'm not sure what other tests I can get done to confirm or rule out SIBO.

Thanks for the EFT links and the probiotic. Agree, I need a mega dose of probiotics. I like the one you suggested - I will purchase.
