You should check out MH's forum and his website which is at the top of the forum. He only eats once a day, and I just finished a book by Arnold Ehret called "The Mucusless Diet," which advocates fasting and he has a lot to say about eating less and longevity. No, our bodies are not meant to process food all day long. We would all do well to stop stuffing ourselves full of garbage constantly.
