no, but just this morning I mixed a glass of warm water with garlic powder and drank it, you wouldn't believe how frothy white saliva my was after brushing them I think I experienced what is called die off, after I did this I ate a cup of yogurt and sqwuished it around in my mouth to get the probiotics. while I was eating the yogurt the triangle part got really really soft and has never come off so easy in my entire time suffering.
