by chance I decided to brush my tounge, it was covered in thrush appearance. I read lots of bacteria reside on the tounge. I noticed an instant feeling of relief to my lips. I would like you guys to brush your tounge really good best you can and tell me if anyone else has positive results from brushing your tounge. also I started using fresh aloe vera as a mouth gargle and rinse getting it all over my now clean tounge and gums. it feels great to put aloe vera on your tounge and gums.
