Archus, you were right... drinking warm water helps enourmously in getting the symptoms away! Yesterday I woke up with the worst feeling ever but during the day sleeping and drinking much it went away almost completely. Then today in the Morning I felt terrible again although better that yesterday. After 2hours and 1liter of water I was fine enough to do a slow walk with my dogs. What´s bothering me most is the toss. But I think due to fasting this cold will go away quicker than usual. Thanks for encouraging me because yesterday I was about to give up ;)))
