Good Morning! I´m realy glad I can write my thoughts to somebody... feeling better today, rested, awake and not hungry. But my throat is sore, my voice is strange, my ears hurt, it goes down towards my lungs with some little bit of mucus somwhere on the way. It feels like a real cold or even the flu. Only 4weeks ago I was ill already, seems to become my "normal state of being" now. Grumpf!
For today I´ll go agead fasting, see what brings each day - and hope to recover soon.
