sorry I missed this
i am involved as the hostess of a very intense acro yoga teacher training course and i have been surrounded with people for two week and have people sleeping on my living room floor giving rides to stores and airport etc etc.
hardly had any sleep
have so much coming at me it would be impossible to sort it all out

i will be done with this in a few days
once i have some time to stop and sit in solitude and silence i can receive better
will let you know
