Thank you Heidi! Can i ask why you decided to repeat the Master-Cleanse after so short a time? I'm mostly doing it because I want to lose more weight and also because admittedly, i lost control of my eating after i got off of the cleanse. I followed the 3-day protocol of drinking just OJ and juices, but soon afterwards, i started to overeat on sweets, breads, etc. So, rather than continue on that path, I want to gain control again by going back on the cleanse and hopefully eating better after the second one. But i don't want me to do this for the wrong reasons...
