I had my first successful flush too. I did not use the Epsom Salts , that just seems too scary to me for some reason.

I drank apple juice the day before and the night of the flush I took a vitality capsule, that make you go (Dr. Jennifer Daniels ) then about 4 in the morning, I woke up sweating, nauseous and that morning .... voila! I passed stones. I felt like I won the lottery lol. I was so happy to get that out of my body!!

I've noticed I am kind of sluggish during the day since I did them. I will have slight bursts of energy ... I am sure that just means there is more stuck in my body.
