Hello all, this is my first post on curezone! I have been oil pulling with 100% virgin coconut oil for about a week now. I have been in good spirits and my teeth feel divinely clean.

However, I have noticed extreme fatigue. I have been so tired for the last few days and believe it to be some form of a detoxifying effect. There defiantly is something to this oil pulling if it makes me feel like this!

I would like to hear some of your experiences and if any of you have any knowledge about this please let me know.

How long does this usually go on for?
Is it a good sign or not?
Could it be a possible allergy or something that I should worry about?

I also have a faint colourless rash on my face, its hard to see when not up close. I read another oil puller described the exact same thing so I'm not too worried.
