You mention lymph nodes problems a few times.

Working on draining those would help big time.

Go to youtube and search for lymph system drainage.

Some you can do yourself like walking, and massaging yourself they show you where they are and how to do it.

You can also seek professional lymph massage.

This is important as it is what takes the trash out.
