Im back at it again. Finding my own answers after going through a ring around with an intuitive healer and local chiro who plays the guessing game of what my body needs.
I was recently diagnosed by a hydrogen test with fructose malabsorption and have wheat sensitivity.
I do admit that the intuitive healer has helped me out the most. I don't know what she gave me because dyno pro won't list all of its ingredients. YCHL or something was the one i felt the most effective. but she did a reading and said I'm clean now, except i just had my first really bad yeast infection in a long time. I think it was the kombucha I've been buying from the store, but i can't be sure. After the YCHL she put me on another step, and at one point paragon and some vibrational tincture. I agree with this stuff to a point. However now having this yeast infection i have to say she missed something and is now just going after my wallet. and I'm going to get to the bottom of it.
Doctor said i tested pos for a yeast infection. I took one antibiotic pill to get through the pain but loaded up on a 50 billion probiotic with 16 strains from garden of life. I also put it up "there" with some coconut and felt much better two days later. During this experience i got online and was doing research on products and reviews and someone brought up erik bakker and his crush candida.
After doing more research I'm very excited to move forward and try it out...however, I'm also discovering the concept of biofilms. my chiro mentioned it a few times but i didn't realize what it is. Id like your opinion of the biofilm that can protect the candida and what you recommend for killing it.? Sorry for the long story. Im just at my whits end and coming from a small town i feel like most the natropaths here just want you for your money. It saddens me how corrupt some can be. Any opinion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
