I am nobody here but what I've learned so far is that IMAM is a helluva drug. Only drink as much as you can handle.

Desired (not side)effects I experienced are halogen displacement and kidney overload due to their elimination, bacterial die-off and liver congestion due to resulting ammonia and whatnot, fever, sweating and candida flare-up if these elimination channels are full. Careful.

My added experience is to only put in potassium if you surely know you're lacking, otherwise it can cause rapid fluid loss and adrenal crash.

As for the rest, cz has all the answers I think.
