Hi, I did The Master Cleanse starting on Feb 7th and had the best results. I felt lighter, my skin cleared up, i had enough energy to go skiing!, and just felt overall very successful.

I have gotten back to "normal" eating (sometimes I will indulge myself with some ice cream or chocolate) but I feel like doing the cleanse again. I don't mind losing some more weight and I also just felt better when I was doing the fast.

Does anybody know if there is any HARM in doing the fast so consecutively? I really feel excited to do it again for some reason!
