I just found this post, but I can say YES, there is solid evidence in the form of thermography.

I have seen many thermographs showing a heat pattern that runs from the teeth and jaw to the breast when Breast Cancer is present. Also, the Breast Cancer is almost always predominant on the same side as the infected tooth or jaw.

Thermography has come a very long way and is probably far more accurate in detecting Breast Cancer than a mammogram is. You may get a false diagnosis from a mammogram but not from a thermographic image. The heat radiated is very obvious in actively growing tumors.

One last point, a mammogram can actually increase your risk of future cancer and may even be a direct cause. Thermography can not cause or contribute to cancer.
