Hi SW29,
I have this to say, they can and will complicate you to death. I am on a blitz , so to speak , trying to get everyone I can find blogging , chatting and talking about health to start taking pink grapefruit and report back. I mean eating the whole fruit -less rind or peel. I am doing wonderful since starting but what do my results really say? Do do. I'll post some pics of the truth when I get chance to.
