UserX, in order to be as angry (I doubt you rarely aren't angry, I'm just the latest excuse) as much as you seem to be having read others of your posts, there is no doubt, you're suffering mentally.

In turn, while you may not be manifesting the inevitable physiological effects of unaddressed and unmanaged anger, that mental state brings no happiness to your life, so yes you're suffering needlessly.

Hopefully, you pull out of it before you do make yourself ill.
