hey, the last few times ive done the swf, it's made me feel extremely nauseous. right now i feel like i am going to throw up and my head hurts and i feel warm and i just had my swf. the last time i did it i just couldnt finish it before i started feeling ill and the time before, i threw it up before i could have any movement.
has anyone heard of this? should i stick to tea, does it work as well?
