I'm on heart meds for an irregular heartbeat, and regardless of what goes into my body I need this to keep my heart beating regularly (it's not a blood pressure kind of thing). I take 2 perscription meds a day with additional potassium.

Please do what's best for you and do not rely on what someone else does (especially when it comes to meds). It's always best to discuss with your doctor when in doubt.
