my lifestyle is mostly sedentary. i live in a tent several miles away from most people and i have cellular internet so i (used to) spend most of time flat on my back with netbook computer on my chest like right now. i was gardening but got scared because i saw hundreds of what appeared to be parasitic worms in these large 18 gallon containers that i had stored water in. i used to eat quite a bit of junk food and am mostly transitioning into healthier food now. for ex today i juiced 5 lbs organic carrots, 1 stalk celery, 5-6 garlic cloves, and some ginger. my health is generally not too good though, prob have parasites, lyme would not surprise as i had been killing ~10 ticks per year here up until last 2 years. the way i've eaten (and not exercised) these last 10 yrs or so i also wouldn't be surprised if cancer is on the way but that's just speculative. sometimes the future looks brighter though because my mental health is improving. i used to be afraid to look people in the eye because if they saw my eyes, they'd think "damn that f'er is crazy out of his mind" - this was 20 years that i didnt look people in the eye.
