First of all I'd like to know where you got your list of mental symptoms. It looks like you've been doing some research and reading about them, but most who have them are just dysfunctional and can't explain what they are feeling like. Their behavior is noticeable to others, but no so much to them.

What I see is a lot of anxiety and change in your usual mental status over time as you describe what you used to be like. I see a desire to get well. Poisoning changes the body as well as the brain functioning.

There are only THREE causes of any disease/dysfunction or deviation from what most normal people are like: CHEMICAL POISONING, PARASITES AND RADIATION. It happened to your parents before you were conceived or it happened to you or both.
