Have you looked in to CMT? Its hereditary. My sister has it. She is 38 and just recently diagnosed. I have had same symptoms for many years, vibrations, muscle twitching, also severe nerve pain in my feet, and low back pain. Arrhythmia are associated with CMT. Check out CMTA association website.
