It's amazing. If you have further questions after reading that (I know, quite verbose) just let me know.

And if you tell you body to remove something, there's no way it reabsorb it.

But a caution--You probably want to tap for the process going at a speed that does't overlaod your body's ability to get rid of it--because it can and will, if you're not careful. I've gotten more than one less than comfortable reaction from forgetting to do that.
