Hi everyone,

After reading all the posts in " Depression and a simple cure". I'll add MHO....

There is no doubt that toxins can and do cause depression. However, unless you are fimilair with emotional toxins on a first name basis, I don't think it is fair to completely rule them out. I am living proof that they do exsist. I will not go into details about my own life of Depression some of you may already be aware of it. If your not and if your intersted pop over to the child abuse forum and you can read all about it.
What I am saying is that I am a firm believer that every physical alliment has an emotional root (cause)and although anti-depressents are not the way to go sometimes it's the only option untill a person is able to screw their heads back on some what straight again and then take a look at the physical part of everything. Diet, exersice, enviromental toxins ect... But emotional toxins are just as real as lead, murcury so on...
Please don't judge another, especially one that has found help to get through each day. I know that no matter how you get though a day of Depression is a miracle in itself.
