I usually also do not want to interprete as well, but I love to get the statistics, for now it is only my stats from different fasts. I have not done NO test before during the fast. I know that my NO level was depleted way before the fast, but I was very happy it improved after my second day of the fast, then it depleted today.

I do deep breathing everyday, so perhaps that may help. After I refeed it will go up. Beets are the magic food for increasing NO.

Will keep posting my results.
