Hi Melanie,
I just started my Master-Cleanse and already need encouragement I need to know that this is worth it. So can you please share some of your success and other little details like the water and things that you know work.
I think that this would be very helpful to all us newbies.
Hurry please, I am seeing a mirage of fooooooood.
