I really appreciate your reassurance. I have been trying to find past threads re: BCP but no luck. I am going to take a chance and trust that if it was an issue it would come up on the board more often. I have always taken my pill first thing in the morning but I will switch to later.

Should I stop taking my allergy medicine (allegra-D) twice a day too? I know the goal is to not need them anymore but I don't want to develop another ear infection like the one I just got over from not taking my pills regularly. Should I slowly ween myself off them or stop the same day I start the MC?

This board is so encouraging. Just reading about everyone's clarity and bowel movements really makes me eager to start. Tomorrow hopefully.
