It is definitely doing something any way, eh? The jumping is your blood vessels spasming--saying get this stuff away from me. :)

Mine never hurt, but I had only the month's worth really going on (I'm sure there was some there already, but it pushed it into spasming mode). I had no leg pain before that, and I've found with detoxing other stuff, yes, it can be very uncomfortable.

Don't ask me about detoxing 'insulin' or gasoline residue, especially back to back. Yipes. Actually I've been documenting my detoxing results (not day by day or anything) over on my thread, if you're curious.
