It turns out the real root cause of adrenal fatigue is in fact Listeria bacteria. 5-10% of us contract the bacteria in our mothers womb and it becomes activated and starts taking over when we get stressed (code for immunocompormized). It has great affinity for the adrenal glands and lives there and destroys them like no other when given the chance.
