I hope this protocol will solve lots of your digestive problems.

After this, Dr. Wilson, Humaworm, and other protocol will be more effective.

I am doing the castor oil once a week.

People, from whom i learned this protocol, suggested to use it 4 times if a person is healthy in maintenance mode.

People with problems repeat until the tongue becomes nice and pink in the morning.

repeat until 3 liters of castor oil used.

I used about 1L of castor oil.
