I am on day 8 and feel great. This has been my first cleanse of any kind. Since my experience was so good I will be doing others. I am really considering do the Master-Cleanse every 4 months. The only discomfort I felt was on the first day and I expected that.
I love reading about others positive experiences, it has been and is extremely motivating for me.
