This may give hope to someone.

Saw doc on Friday and two fibroids are disintegrating much to the doc's surprise - that a pregnancy test was ordered as they resembled a gestational sac.Doc wanted to know what I have been taking-said couple of vitamins. Did not ask which ones and I did not offer.

I have been on the Iodine protocol 3+ years. It was challenging as I had anemia and I also found it lowers ferritin. I am one of those whose low ferritin results in brain power issues and lost two jobs due to this.Also I believe am hypo(symptoms and goitre)-not a good mix. If I stopped the protocol I'd keep bleeding more-cycle- so I lowered Iodine a bit but increased CE. My hb is getting better as the bleeding is less now so will increase Iodine more.

I cleaned up my diet as much as I could afford too, filter water etc. I am looking forward to 6 month checkup.

What I added in the last 3 months - higher vit d3 8000 units/day, raw thyroid, and vit k, homeopathics, B5 and b6, more sauna use and rest.

Still room for improvement, my hope is to see them expelled and all fibroids gone. Doc offered to remove them by hysteroscopy if I suddenly bleed more or have pain.

Now that I am here I am researching methods to help the body get rid of the debris. I think I read somewhere that lactic acid is produced when tumours break.
