I got rid of mine easily. It hadn't got to the peeling point yet but was headed there. All I had to use was a silver gel. It kills any pathogen, fungus included, which mine was. I put it on at night and now that I'm remembering, after every meal for a couple days.

I'm sure, it'd work for any thing except an allergic reaction type thing. In which case, look to your diet or environment. I doubt mine was any different than yours. Stop making this so hard please. It seems you all are more trying to fear monger than actually help.
