Ok good to hear I'm definitely not a quitter I'm in it for the long haul will start back with the borax as well! The external application sounds super interesting please keep us abreast on how that's going! My body has become my own personal experiment over the years! May I ask one more question? What's your advice in the weight lost I'm really having a hard time putting any back on. Thank you.
