We just had a bottle explode on our kitchen counter the other day. Though my husband was in the room, he was not injured... the explosion was so loud and so intense that we had to fish pieces of glass from the drywall.

Lesson learned, no tight lids for us.

I would have never forgiven myself if he had been injured by the explosion.
