In my case, symptoms have not come back.

Forgot to mention: after the castor oil mix is taken, no food or drinks until it comes out. It should not mix with anything.

The castor oil should come from a health store not from a drug store. The oil in the drugstore may be mixed with other stuff because it's just luxative.
