Thanks I read about Alpha lipoic acid, and its ability to cross the blood brain but just beginning to learn about DMSA.

I could try to chelate with DMSA, it looks great for all heavy metals from all those studies.

I just fear the detox as I am not good with healing crisis.

I'm still recovering from Iodine 100mg as its a chelator of lead and bromine, as I had and still feel a strong reaction. Now even the lightest detox supplements like chlorophyll, zinc, essential oils, even garlic, bring me to a healing crisis. I stirred a lot of stuff up.

Maybe in the future I will try it, as I confirmed I was raised in a house with lead paint. Probably the reason for my bad reactions to any die off supplement.
