Yes, I remember you giving me advice on supplementation pre and post Amalgam removal. Vit C, E, selenium. I will add glutathione and NAC as well as adrenal glandulars.

The charcoal is to bind any swallowed mercury However I was told it is usually given to people that have overdosed from takin drugs by removing the effects of the drugs.

I'm wondering if it will reduce the effects of the benzos.

I will need something to calm me down and gaba doesn't do the trick. Haha
