Strangely, while what you say is correct, there has been a lot of doubting Thomas types that are now thoroughly convinced.

In fact I am one of them.

I first read about zappers in 1993 in a Ham Radio magazine. I was skeptical about it because first of all, I had a major in Biology and graduate studies in Biomedical engineering. They had never even mentioned using electricity of any kind for killing microbes or for treating or curing disease or illness ( other than frying brains of crazy people ). So, how could this be? they would have known about this long ago and told people so that research could have been done.

It was 7 years later when I found someone who actually used zappers that I became seriously interested. That person loaned me one that they had built. The next time that I started to come down with the flu, I used it. The next day, I awoke feeling the best that I had in a good while. From that point on, I was completely convinced that there was value.

>- getting people to trust that you will give them their money back is another thing

Anytime that a business in the U.S. fails to honor their promises, there is recourse known as the Better Business Bureau. You just call them and file a complaint. They will then contact the business ( the business does not have to be a member ) and attempt a resolution. Each business is given a rating based on the number of complaint, time in business, and how well they resolve complaints. ParaZapper ( Para Systems ) has never ever had a complaint filed in over 15 years of business. According to BBB standards, that is worthy of an A+ rating if the business is a member or an A- if not a member.

Customer trust? Yes.

At one point, we had a 6 to 7 week backlog posted on our website but customers kept ordering. We are currently down to about a 1 to 2 week backlog.

>- if anyone can not afford your products then you can suggest

We do this a lot. There are zappers as cheap as $10 that are better than nothing and I do have a couple of competitors that I recommend.

However, there is one thing that I do not understand and that is why would someone go and spend $150 to $250 for a single frequency zapper when they can get 14 different frequencies in 6 different modes for only $109 US plus S&H ?

The answer is that people buy a lot of hype. Such as "ours are the only ones used in Dr. Clark's clinic" which is completely false.

Again, thank you for the words of encouragement.
