Hey all, I finally am scheduled to get my first 3 Amalgam removed as I believe mercury toxicity is adversely affecting my adrenals.

Im very anxious for this removal since the fillings are big and I am worried about acute mercury exposure.anyways, it needs to be done. My question is, I will be taking benzos (never really take them) to prevent any panic attacks from happening. However, I was planning on taking activated charcoal as well before the procedure. Will the activated charcoal remove the effects of the benzos?

If it will, then will chlorela help instead of activated charcoal?
