3 years ago some people partially shaved my eyebrows .
That "joke" that they found funny complex me very badly.
Since then i used mixing oils massaging to stimulate growth for 1 1/2 year and my eyebrows are still unpopulated.
somebody can explain me why many of the hairs didnt regrow if they had been plucked just once?
This really piss me off.
By the way, if this isnt the right place to post sorry.
